User Guidelines

You shall not use, allow, or enable each of your Authorised Users to use the Platform, or knowingly condone use of the Platform by others, in any manner that is, attempts to, or is likely to:-

• use the Platform for any unlawful purpose nor encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to do so;
• use the Platform for sending or storing unlawful material or to engage in fraudulent activities or for fraudulent purposes;
• use the Platform to cause nuisance or inconvenience;
• impair the proper operation of any network;
• harm or attempt to harm the Platform, myBillOne or third parties;
• use the Platform for any use except its own and will not resell or attempt to resell any part of the Platform to any third party;
• provide false information or identification evidence;
• imply or state, directly or indirectly, that it is affiliated with or endorsed by us without our express written permission;
• use the Platform to impersonate another person;
• use any mechanism to mask its identity or location;
• solicit, manage, organise, accept or engage in illicit activity, including without limitation, gambling, money laundering, prostitution, human trafficking or escort services;
• send or result in the transmission of junk emails, chain letters, duplicative or unsolicited messages, or so-called “spamming” and “phishing”;
• transmit, distribute or upload programs or materials that contain malicious code, such as viruses, timebombs, cancelbots, worms, trojan horses, spyware, or other potentially harmful programs or other material or information;
• collect, store, upload or publish any personal data or information about other users without their consent or other than in the course of the permitted use of the Platform;
• circumvent or manipulate myBillOne’s fee structure, the billing process, or fees owed to myBillOne;
• modify, disrupt, impair, alter or interfere with the use, features, functions, operation or maintenance of the Platform or the rights or use and enjoyment of the Platform by any other person;
• affect myBillOne adversely or reflect negatively on myBillOne, the Platform, goodwill, name or reputation of myBillOne, or cause duress, distress or discomfort to myBillOne or anyone else, or discourage any person from using all or any portion, features or functions of the Platform, or from advertising, linking or becoming a supplier to myBillOne in connection with the Platform;
• harvest or otherwise collect information about other users, including email addresses, without their consent;
• collect, obtain, compile, gather, transmit, reproduce, delete, revise, view or display any material or information, whether personally identifiable or not, posted by or concerning any other person, in connection with their or your use of the Platform, unless you have obtained the express, prior permission of such other person to do so;
• reveal or transfer your Account password and user identification to others to allow use of your Account to those who are not your employees or personnel or your Authorised User without the consent of myBillOne;
• send or receive fraudulent or potentially fraudulent funds;
• cause to attempt to cause complaints, disputes, claims, chargebacks, fees, penalties or other liability.
• use any proxy internet protocol addresses (IPs) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts, disrupt any of our services or to avoid being detected;
• transmit false, inaccurate, misleading, libelous, defamatory, indecent, vulgar or obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive, racially, culturally, or ethnically offensive, harmful, harassing, intimidating, threatening, hateful, objectionable, discriminatory, or abusive material, or which may or may appear to impersonate anyone else;
• violate any laws, regulations, judicial or governmental order, any treaties or violate or infringe upon any intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy, or any other rights of ours or of any other person;
• gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other users’ accounts, names, passwords, personally identifiable information or other computers, websites or pages, connected or linked to the platform or to use the Platform in any manner which violates or is inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
• “stalk” or otherwise harass another;
• take any action that may undermine any ratings system that we may use;
• copy, modify, or distribute (i) content from any websites or (ii) any of our copyright, trade marks or other rights;
• forge headers, icons or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Platform;
• upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);

While we prohibit such conduct and content on the Platform, you understand and agree that we cannot be responsible for the content transmitted on the Platform and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Platform at your own risk.

We do not manually screen content or control before it is transmitted through the Platform so occasionally members may inadvertently or deliberately transmit content that breaches this Agreement. This means that you, and not us, are entirely responsible for all content that you transmit or otherwise make available via the Platform.

You may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Under no circumstances, we will be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Platform.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject, edit or refuse to transmit any content and to remove any content from the Platform, whether or not the content is expressly prohibited herein.
